The U.S. Government, Law, and Public Policy concentration prepared me to become a future leader in the public/professional sector. The skills I gained in this concentration have prepared me for a variety of careers, as well as law and graduate school. The courses in this concentration educated me about the political processes and the legal environment of all levels in American government, as well as the processes of policy-making and the administrative apparatus used to implement public policy. I have been exposed to a variety of substantive policy issues including urban policy, energy policy, and environmental policy in the United States and around the world.
